How to Personalise

High‑quality photos always work best for personalised items. Please try to avoid screenshots where possible, as they can print blurry. You’re welcome to upload a couple more images than required, just in case one doesn’t work — I’ll choose the best ones for your design.

Hang freely and avoid direct contact with surfaces to preserve both the scent and the print.

Every screen shows colours a little differently, and the printing process can create subtle variations — making each piece uniquely yours.

At Ginger House Designs, every order is crafted with care. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will be dispatched, how delivery works, and what to expect once your order is on its way.


Processing Times

Many of our products are handmade, personalised, or made to order. Processing times vary depending on the item and are shown on the home page.

During busy periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or seasonal sales), processing times may be longer.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched together once all items are complete.


Delivery Options & Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

We currently ship to:

  • UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands

  • Northern Ireland

Delivery options may include:

  • Tracked delivery

  • Express delivery (where available)

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • UK Tracked: 2–5 working days

  • UK Express: 1–2 working days

  • International: 5–21 working days (varies by country)

These are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once your parcel is with the courier.


Tracking Your Order

If your chosen shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Some services may not include tracking; this will be shown at checkout.


Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Royal Mail or courier services

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

  • Weather disruptions or strikes

We will always do our best to help if your parcel is delayed.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional postage costs to resend it.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame:

  • Please contact us so we can investigate

  • Couriers may require a set number of days before a parcel is considered lost

  • Once confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policies

For tracked services, we may ask you to check with neighbours or your local delivery office.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

We cannot predict these costs, and they are not included in your order total.

Delivery times may vary significantly depending on customs processing.


Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
