If we discover an error in the price or product information relating to your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the error and discuss the available options. We will not make a material change to your order without your agreement. Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights and applicable law.
4. Personalised & Custom Orders
Many of our products are personalised or made to order. By purchasing a personalised item, you confirm that:

For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. If you contact us before production begins, we may be able to cancel your order voluntarily, but this cannot be guaranteed. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.

6. Order Processing & Turnaround Times
As a handmade business, processing times may vary depending on the product. Estimated dispatch times are shown on each product page.
During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be longer.
7. Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the courier and your location.
We will arrange delivery to the address provided when you place your order. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the delivery provider to resolve the issue. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by you, where the problem results from that incorrect information.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, you normally have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details and exceptions.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are not covered by the normal 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. Your statutory rights still apply if the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with UK consumer law
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery where possible so we can help resolve the issue quickly. This 48-hour request does not affect your statutory rights.
9. Finished Product Photography
We may photograph finished products that we create for use in our website, social media, portfolio and promotional materials. Where a product contains personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove, obscure or avoid displaying identifying information where appropriate.
We will not intentionally publish customer-supplied photographs, sensitive personal information or other clearly identifying personal content for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.
If you would prefer us not to use photographs of your finished product for promotional purposes, please contact us and we will respect your request.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, product photos, descriptions, and branding belong to Ginger House Designs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect personalisation details or other inaccurate information supplied by you, where the loss results from that information.
We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a product or use contrary to any instructions provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our responsibility for faulty or misdescribed goods, failure to meet our contractual obligations, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including where necessary to process and fulfil your order, provide customer service and comply with our legal obligations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable law.
